Synopsis

Arsene Lupin III targets the national treasury of Shaharta, a tiny European floating principality celebrated for its advanced airship technology. However, during the heist, Lupin crosses paths with anti-government resistance fighters and accidentally ends up protecting a helpless infant named Yutika. Suspecting that the child holds hereditary royal secrets to the floating city hidden treasures, corrupt Prime Minister Sirka deploys ruthless airship armadas and elite mercenaries to eliminate the baby. Paired with Jigen and Goemon, Lupin must navigate perilous aerial dogfights and treacherous political intrigues while keeping the infant safe from harm.
