Story

Synopsis

Following an intensive year of tactical field training with the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Special Assault Team, officer Natsumi Tsujimoto reunites with her longtime partner Miyuki Kobayakawa at the Bokuto Police Station. What begins as a routine traffic patrol turns lethal when the duo discovers an illegal cache of military-grade firearms hidden inside a traffic safety warehouse. When a shadowy terrorist network begins detonating remote-controlled explosive devices across Tokyo and hacking the city's traffic management supercomputers, Bokuto Station's quirky officers are thrust into the frontline of a coordinated municipal defense.

⚠ Background — may contain spoilers
The mastermind behind the attacks is revealed to be former police detective Tadashi Emoto, who orchestrated the urban siege to expose systemic corruption and bureaucratic complacency within top police leadership. Emoto launches a remote-controlled explosive barge targeting the Kachidoki Bridge to paralyze Tokyo's waterways. In a high-octane vehicular climax, Miyuki drives their customized Honda Today police car while Natsumi executes a daredevil leap onto the runaway barge. Natsumi disarms the military detonator just seconds before impact, while Chief Kachidoki and his officers arrest Emoto, proving the irreplaceable valor of street cops.
