Waking up in the bedroom of classmate Rikka Takarada with zero memories of his past, Yuta Hibiki hears an urgent voice calling to him through an antique computer named Junk. The voice belongs to Hyper Agent Gridman, an interdimensional defender warning of impending danger. When a colossal monster suddenly attacks their suburban town of Tsutsujidai, Yuta merges with the screen to materialize Gridman in the real world.
