In the hyper-stylized futuristic metropolis of Cahmpon, an eccentric scientist genetically engineers Noiseman, an artificial acoustic life-form programmed to eradicate pure music from the atmosphere. Transforming melodious acoustic frequencies into rigid crystalline shards, Noiseman brainwashes city youths into soulless enforcement legions. However, rebel street urchin Tobio and companion Reina accidentally consume forbidden acoustic fruit, restoring their suppressed cognitive memories and musical souls. Mounting high-speed customized anti-gravity motorbikes, the young renegades infiltrate Noiseman towering citadel, deploying energetic rhythm and vibrant sound waves to shatter the acoustic tyranny and liberate their city.
