Their thrilling globe trotting partnership ended tragically when Siesta died during an assignment, leaving Kimihiko struggling to adapt to a normal high school routine. The past refuses to stay buried when a sickly girl named Nagisa Natsunagi approaches him, carrying Siesta transplanted heart and latent memories. Pulled back into a web of secret weapons and synthetic monsters, Kimihiko honors his late partner unfinished legacy.
