Synopsis

In the bustling heart of Tokyo's Ueno Park, three energetic elementary school girls (quiet Yui, boisterous Sacchan, and gaming enthusiast Kotoha) form a secret organization named Colors, sworn to defend the peace of their beloved neighborhood. Operating from their hidden railway carriage headquarters, the trio roams local alleys, temples, and botanical gardens to solve fabricated urban mysteries, decipher riddles, and investigate unusual animals. Continually pestering the long-suffering neighborhood police officer Saito, the adventurous girls spread infectious chaos across the district, ensuring every sunny afternoon becomes an unforgettable childhood escapade.

Directed by Tomoyuki Kawamura and animated by Silver Link, *Mitsuboshi Colors* is a 2018 slice-of-life comedy television anime adapting the manga series created by Katsuwo. Featuring series composition by Shogo Yasukawa and character designs by Takumi Yokota, the 12-episode show aired between January and March 2018. The anime received enthusiastic praise from viewers for its nostalgic childhood humor, authentic real-world Ueno locations, and the delightfully chaotic comedic chemistry among its young voice leads.
