Strike the Blood Watch Order: The TV Series and Every OVA in Order, in order
“The Strike the Blood TV series and all six OVAs in release order.”
Kojou Akatsuki became the world's strongest vampire by accident. Watching his story in the right order takes a lot less effort. (Fair warning: it's an ecchi action series, rated R+ for mild nudity.)
There are seven titles on Lifehaki: one TV series and six OVAs. The order is plain release order. Start with the 24-episode TV series from 2013. After that the story continues as OVAs instead of new TV seasons: Kingdom of the Valkyria in 2015, Strike the Blood II, Strike the Blood III, the one-episode Disappearing Holy Lance Arc, Strike the Blood IV, and finally Strike the Blood Final in 2022.
So why are the main follow-ups called OVAs? Answer: that's simply how the series continued, as OVA releases rather than TV broadcasts. Treat them like seasons, because in practice they are. Think of it as a show that skipped the TV schedule and kept going anyway.
At the end: the TV series, then every OVA from Kingdom of the Valkyria to Final, in release order.
The TV series (2013-2014)
Start here. A high schooler inherits a vampire primogenitor's power and gets a sword shaman as his watcher. 24 episodes, 2013 to 2014.
After this TV series the story continues as OVAs instead of new TV seasons. They're the main story, so treat them as the next seasons.
The first OVAs (2015-2019)
Two 23-minute episodes, November and December 2015.
The later OVAs (2020-2022)
A single 26-minute episode from January 2020.
The last entry. Four 26-minute episodes, March to July 2022.
