Studio Orange produced this visually groundbreaking twelve-episode 3D CGI anime series, which aired in winter 2023. Directed by Kenji Muto and written by Shin Okashima, the series presented an ambitious reboot of Yasuhiro Nightow's classic *Trigun* manga. Orange pushed digital character acting to new heights, blending fluid squash-and-stretch cartoon physics with cinematic camera maneuvers and hyper-detailed mechanical textures. While introducing daring redesigns and altering chronological storytelling, the production won over long-time fans and newcomers alike, earning critical acclaim for its electrifying action set-pieces, poignant tragic depth, and stunning visual artistry.
