Struggling with failing grades and desperate to avoid remedial classes, high school sophomore Ume Mizuno agrees to join his school prestigious student council to secure academic recommendation points. Expecting an orderly group of model students, Ume is stunned to discover that the council room is home to an utterly unhinged gathering of eccentric personalities. Between a childish council president who throws temper tantrums and quirky officers who invent absurd games, daily meetings descend into relentless comedic chaos.
