Story

Synopsis

Serving as an exuberant theatrical comedy companion to the first movie, this featurette centers on wealthy Hyotei Academy captain Keigo Atobe, who organizes a lavish, all-star sports festival at his colossal private mansion estate. Inviting tennis teams from Seigaku, Hyotei, Fudomine, Rokkaku, and St. Rudolph, Atobe hosts an extravagant tournament featuring absurd non-tennis athletic competitions. From high-stakes obstacle courses and cavalry battles to chaotic eating contests, Ryoma Echizen and his eccentric rivals abandon athletic decorum, diving headfirst into spirited slapstick comedy and hilarious athletic chaos for school prestige and bragging rights.

⚠ Background — may contain spoilers
The competitions descend into hilarious chaos as Inui's toxic vegetable juice incapacitates contestants one by one during the obstacle relays. In the climactic event, team captains and aces race across a massive water slide obstacle toward the festival stage. Atobe reveals that the entire spectacle was secretly organized as a farewell celebration for Hyotei's graduating third-year seniors, particularly his loyal teammate Kabaji. The film concludes with all the assembled tennis teams performing a synchronized musical concert under dazzling fireworks, joyfully celebrating their mutual athletic rivalries and lasting adolescent friendships.
