Synopsis
Following the downfall of Prince Richard, the royal succession of the Kingdom of Albion shifts toward Prince Edward and his fragile younger brother Prince Mary. Team White Pigeon continues to balance schoolgirl life at Queen's Mayfaire Academy with high-stakes espionage for Commonwealth intelligence. Ange and Princess Charlotte notice growing paranoia within the royal court, as military factions manipulate the young princes into lethal rivalries. When a covert assassination attempt targets Prince Edward inside the royal botanical greenhouse, Ange, Dorothy, Beatrice, and Chise must navigate conflicting intelligence reports to identify the assassin before the kingdom descends into civil war.
⚠ Background — may contain spoilers
The investigation uncovers that the shadowy mastermind behind the royal assassinations is General Arkham, who orchestrates Prince Edward's poisoning using a specialized nerve agent to place the impressionable child Prince Mary on the throne. Prince Edward collapses and dies in Charlotte's arms during an official banquet, shattering the court's stability. Ange discovers that Commonwealth intelligence leadership is actively cooperating with royal conspirators to provoke an all-out civil war. Team White Pigeon decides to go rogue, prioritizing Princess Charlotte's survival over Commonwealth orders as the royal military mobilizes across London.
