Serving as the opening chapter of the six-part sequel film series, this steampunk espionage thriller returns to an alternate nineteenth-century London divided by the colossal London Wall. Following the attempted assassination of the Queen of Albion, the Commonwealth spy agency Control discovers that an undercover double agent codenamed Bishop has infiltrated the royal military command. Team White Pigeon, consisting of undercover agents Ange, Princess, Dorothy, Beatrice, and Chise, are tasked with contacting Bishop to determine his loyalty and extract him from London before the Duke of Normandy's internal security officers uncover his identity.

Ange and her squad successfully locate Bishop and organize a covert extraction via an armored train carriage. However, Bishop reveals that the Duke of Normandy kidnapped his beloved young daughter, forcing Bishop to operate as a double agent to feed false intelligence to the Commonwealth. Knowing that Control executes compromised assets without mercy, Ange makes a calculated decision: she arranges for Bishop to be poisoned in a manner that looks like a tragic operational accident, protecting his daughter from Normandy's retribution while preserving Team White Pigeon's deep cover within the royal court.
