Story
Synopsis
In an alternate steampunk London divided by the colossal London Wall between the Kingdom of Albion and the Commonwealth, Team White Pigeon continues their clandestine espionage operations. Teenage master spy Ange, the authentic Princess Charlotte posing as royalty, weapons expert Dorothy, sniper Beatrice, and samurai assassin Chise are tasked with safeguarding royal stability. The assassination of Prince Edward leaves the throne's succession contested between Prince Richard and Prince Mary. When Prince Richard is appointed commander of the Kingdom's elite cavalry unit, the spy ring uncovers a conspiracy involving illegal military imports and assassination.
⚠ Background — may contain spoilers
Team White Pigeon discovers that Prince Richard engineered a fraudulent terrorist plot to discredit Commonwealth spies while consolidating his claim to the throne. Richard attempts to assassinate Princess Charlotte during an official polo exhibition by planting a specialized chemical bomb inside the VIP pavilion. Ange and Chise intercept Richard's mercenary guards in a fierce sword and gun battle, disarming the explosive just in the nick of time. Richard is exposed and arrested for high treason, while Princess Charlotte ascends further up the line of succession, inching closer to her dream of dismantling the London Wall.
