Sporting an elegant blue jacket, Arsene Lupin III arrives in the sun-drenched republic of San Marino to marry flamboyant billionaire heiress Rebecca Rossellini. However, the wedding is merely the opening move in a complex web of high-profile European burglaries. Alongside veteran sharpshooter Daisuke Jigen and master swordsman Goemon Ishikawa XIII, Lupin pulls off daring museum infiltrations, wine vineyard escapes, and casino capers across Italy. Their brazen crime spree attracts ruthless British MI6 operative Nix, whose cold-blooded pursuit threatens Lupin life, while Inspector Koichi Zenigata follows relentlessly through picturesque cobblestone alleys.

The production firmly introduced the iconic blue jacket look, supported by a rich, modern jazz soundtrack composed by Yuji Ohno.
