I Can't Exploit it Because of the Expectations and Evaluation from Slaves

A boy named Allen is reincarnated in another world, where a goddess gives him a cheat ability called Regeneration that can heal any injury or illness. Its uses are limited, so he decides to heal injured slave girls and settle into a slow, comfortable life with a harem. The plan has a flaw. Once healed, the girls turn out to be absurdly talented. Crops, housing and business flourish faster than he can keep up, and they absorb every piece of modern knowledge he offers and run with it. They are convinced their master is brilliant, and the more they expect of him, the less room he has for the easy life he wanted.
