Story
Synopsis
Frustrated by difficult schoolwork and mundane household chores, Nobita uses Doraemon's What If Phonebox to wish for a parallel universe where magic replaces modern science and technology. However, Nobita discovers that magical aptitude still requires intensive academic study and practice. While exploring this alternate reality with Shizuka, Gian, and Suneo, the children encounter sorceress Miyoko and her father Doctor Mangetsu, who study an ominous demonic disturbance. Doctor Mangetsu reveals that Great Demon King Demao is mobilizing an infernal invasion armada from deep space to incinerate Earth and subjugate humanity.

Demon forces invade Tokyo, transforming Miyoko into a mouse and then a cat while abducting Doctor Mangetsu into the demonic Netherworld. When Demao's sorcery turns Doraemon and Nobita into stone statues, Dorami travels back through time to reverse the curse. Armed with silver darts forged by Doctor Mangetsu, the seven companions fly into Demao's dark cosmic fortress. Nobita hurls the final blessed silver dart directly into Demao's blazing black heart, annihilating the demon king and vaporizing his army. Nobita then uses the telephone booth to return Earth safely to the scientific world.
