Detective Conan: Ai Haibara's Story - Jet-Black Mystery Train

The Black Organization traps Shiho in the rear freight carriage and detonates high explosives, seemingly confirming her death to Bourbon and Vermouth. In reality, the entire demise was an elaborate counter-strategy orchestrated by Conan and Yukiko Kudo. Phantom thief Kaito Kid had disguised himself as Shiho to repay a debt to Conan, escaping the burning carriage using his hang glider just before the explosion. Haibara remained completely safe in hiding, successfully fooling the syndicate into believing that the defected scientist was permanently eliminated. This brilliant deception guarantees Haibara's continuing safety in Beika City while leaving the syndicate convinced their traitorous researcher is gone forever.
