Two years have passed since the magical cherry blossoms of Hatsune Island lost their eternal blooming enchantment, transforming into ordinary seasonal trees. Now a graduating senior at Kazami Academy, Jun'ichi Asakura enjoys a peaceful, unremarkable school life surrounded by devoted childhood friends and classmates. However, tranquility gives way to bewilderment when an energetic young girl named Aisia arrives from Europe on a stormy summer afternoon. Determined to study under Jun'ichi's late grandmother to learn magic that brings universal happiness, Aisia moves in with Jun'ichi. As past feelings, mysterious lingering supernatural phenomena, and new emotional bonds resurface, Jun'ichi and his friends confront life-changing romantic crossroads.
