Another World

Directed by Tommy Ng and based on Naka Saijo's fantasy novel Thousand Year Ghost, this dark, haunting animated feature follows Gudo, a compassionate Soul Keeper spirit whose sacred duty is to guide deceased human souls through the ethereal underworld to their next incarnation. In the shadowy spirit realm, Gudo encounters Yuri, a newly deceased young girl whose soul is consumed by profound trauma, murderous wrath, and lingering earthly regrets. When Yuri's spiritual curse begins destabilizing the dimensional barriers between the living and the dead, Gudo embarks on a perilous supernatural odyssey to save her soul.
