Synopsis
Taking a refreshing pause from the demanding rigors of live concert tours, nationwide television broadcasts, and high-pressure talent auditions, the sparkling pop idols of 346 Production enjoy their well-earned leisure time. Whether embarking on sunny seaside beach vacations, sampling delicious treats at trendy dessert cafes, or sharing cozy laughs inside their dormitory dressing rooms, the Cinderella Project girls showcase their quirky individual charms. Accompanied by their dedicated producer and fellow studio mates, the miniature starlets turn everyday off-duty moments into a delightful celebration of friendship, comedy, and idol dreams.
⚠ Background — may contain spoilers
Adapted from Kuma-Jet's beloved four-panel promotional manga, *Cinderella Girls Gekijou* was animated by Gathering and Lesprit for television broadcast in spring 2017. Directed by Mankyu, the thirteen-episode short-form comedy won widespread adoration from *The Idolmaster* fandom for its adorable chibi visual aesthetic, witty episodic skits, and lively vocal performances. The series successfully broadened the franchise's domestic appeal, spawning several television sequel seasons and enduring popularity among anime and gaming enthusiasts.
