Synopsis
Assigned to capture rogue missing-nin Mukade in the historic ruins of Ouran, Naruto Uzumaki is caught in the activation of the Dragon Vein, an ancient underground chakra leyline. Naruto is hurled twenty years into the past, awakening in the flourishing, skyscraper-dominated city of Ouran. There, he meets the young queen Sara and discovers that Mukade has traveled back in time under the guise of Minister Anrokuzan, building a puppet army to conquer the ninja world. Naruto joins forces with an undercover Leaf Village squad led by a young Minato Namikaze.

Anrokuzan fuses with the Dragon Vein's endless chakra, transforming into a gargantuan mechanized puppet monster. Working together, Minato and Naruto combine their chakra to forge the supreme Supreme Rasengan, obliterating Anrokuzan's mechanical core while Queen Sara seals the subterranean chakra flow. Before returning to his timeline, Minato performs a memory erasure jutsu on himself and Naruto to preserve the historical timeline. Back in the present era, Naruto encounters Sara's daughter in the desert ruins, realizing that Minato was his heroic father and that their spiritual bond truly transcended time itself.
