Synopsis

Yui Hirasawa is an excitable, easily distracted high school freshman determined to join a school club, mistakenly assuming that the Light Music Club involves easy instruments like castanets. In reality, the club is on the verge of being disbanded due to a total lack of members. Desperate to keep the club alive, drummer Ritsu Tainaka, bassist Mio Akiyama, and keyboardist Tsumugi Kotobuki eagerly welcome Yui, despite discovering she cannot play a single chord on the electric guitar. Through lazy afternoon tea parties, confectionery binges, and patient guitar lessons, the girls form the beloved rock band Ho-kago Tea Time.
