Synopsis
Inside the bustling metropolis of the human body, an ordinary cell discovers four adorable, mischievous lactic acid bacteria abandoned near a waterway and resolves to reunite them with their kindred in the intestines. Escorted by diligent White Blood Cell U-1146, the unlikely group traverses various internal organs, witnessing the vital role beneficial microbes play in digestion and immunity. Their peaceful journey takes a horrifying turn upon reaching the large intestine, where an infectious bacterial flare-up creates an opening for the resurrection of the body's most terrifying adversary, Cancer Cell.

Cancer Cell initiates a catastrophic mutation event in the intestines, overwhelming Killer T Cell and NK Cell with deceptive antigen camouflages. As the body's vital systems begin failing, the lactic acid bacteria stimulate local dendritic cells, releasing cytokine signals that reinvigorate the immune forces. Red Blood Cell AE3803 delivers critical oxygen supplies, enabling White Blood Cell, Memory T Cell, and an empowered NK Cell to break through Cancer Cell's defensive tumors. White Blood Cell delivers the fatal blow to Cancer Cell, neutralizing the malignant growth and restoring intestinal harmony throughout the human body.
