Story

Synopsis

Ten-year-old Wataru Mitani's peaceful childhood collapses when his father abruptly abandons the family and his despairing mother falls critically ill in the hospital. Distraught and desperate to fix his broken home, Wataru follows mysterious transfer student Mitsuru Ashikawa into an abandoned construction site, discovering a glowing gateway to Vision, an enchanted medieval world of magic and mythical beasts. An ancient sage informs Wataru that if he collects five magical gemstones and reaches the Tower of Destiny, the Goddess of Fortune will grant him a single wish to rewrite his tragic destiny.

Wataru trains as a novice magic swordsman alongside the friendly lizard warrior Kee Keema and feline acrobat Meena, collecting gemstones across treacherous fantasy kingdoms. However, Mitsuru ruthlessly gathers gems by unleashing dark demons, blinded by vengeance for his murdered sister. When Mitsuru perishes releasing an ancient apocalypse dragon, Wataru defeats the beast and stands before the Goddess of Fortune. Rather than selfishly undoing his parents' divorce, Wataru wishes to restore the destroyed world of Vision, returning home with emotional maturity and inner strength to face reality.
