The good news is that the watch order is short and simple. There are two TV seasons, The Testament of Sister New Devil and Burst, and everything else is a single OVA or a set of tiny shorts. Release order works fine, so that's the order this page follows.
Now the extras. The anime has a 25-minute OVA from 2015, two sets of four-minute comedy shorts (one per season) and a pair of releases from 2018 called Departures. How much of that do you need? Answer: the two seasons, if you only want the story. Think of the shorts as the deleted scenes on a DVD: fun for fans, no loss if you skip them.
One extra deserves a mention. The Burst OVA is billed as episode 11 of Burst, even though it came out as an OVA in January 2016, so this page places it right after the TV run.

This OVA is numbered episode 11 of Burst in its Japanese title, but it was released separately in January 2016, after the 10-episode TV run. It's a daily-life episode, so it's optional, and it fits best right after episode 10.

Departures (2018)
A 59-minute OVA from 2018, and the most recent entry.
Departures arrived in March 2018, about two years after Burst, and it's the latest entry in the anime. If you finished Burst and want more, this is the next step.
