Story
Synopsis
During summer vacation, Izuku Deku Midoriya accompanies his mentor All Might to I-Island, a high-security floating artificial metropolis dedicated to scientific research on Quirks and support gear. There, All Might reunites with his former American sidekick and genius scientist David Shield, while Deku befriends David's Quirkless daughter Melissa. The island's prestigious I-Expo gala is violently hijacked by armed mercenaries led by Wolfram, who hack the central security mainframe, taking All Might and the world's top heroes hostage. Deku and his Class 1-A classmates must scale the eighty-story central tower to disable the security lock.

Deku discovers that David Shield staged the initial break-in using hired actors to steal back his Quirk-amplifying invention to restore All Might's declining power, but Wolfram betrayed him as an agent of All For One. Wolfram injects himself with the Quirk amplifier, transforming into a towering metal behemoth. Melissa provides Deku with her prototype Full Gauntlet support bracer. In an earth-shattering synchronized climax, Deku and All Might channel One For All together, delivering a simultaneous Double Smash that shatters Wolfram's armor and obliterates the villain, saving I-Island.
