Synopsis
Set against the opulent architectural backdrop of ancient Arabia, the courageous and quick-witted Princess Yasmin lives in the grand golden palace of Baghdad under the loving care of the Sultan. When an envious grand vizier plots to usurp the throne using a stolen mystical talisman that commands desert sandstorms, he imprisons the Sultan and declares martial rule over the city. Escaping the palace through subterranean secret passages, Princess Yasmin disguises herself as a common bazaar merchant, seeking the aid of loyal citizens and an honorable desert nomad to reclaim her rightful kingdom.
⚠ Background — may contain spoilers
Yasmin infiltrates the royal palace during the grand eclipse festival, using her acrobatic agility and knowledge of palace architecture to bypass the vizier's mercenary guards. Reaching the throne room, she confronts the corrupt vizier as he unleashes a swirling sand vortex to crush the royal guard. Utilizing a polished silver mirror from her bridal dowry, Yasmin reflects the talisman's magical lightning back onto the artifact, shattering the gem and freeing the captured Sultan. With the vizier arrested, Yasmin assumes the regency, ushering in an era of justice, literacy, and prosperity throughout Baghdad.
