Strongest CP0 / World Government Fighters

Operating from the holy land of Mary Geoise and the shadows of the Grand Line, the World Government maintains its eight-hundred-year iron grip across the seas through an overwhelming hierarchy of martial might. While the Marines project public justice across the open oceans, the World Government's most covert, brutal, and terrifying combatants answer directly to the Celestial Dragons and the supreme authority of the Empty Throne.
