Story
Synopsis
A phenomenon causes ability users' powers to manifest as independent entities and turn on the people they belong to, with a mysterious mist spreading across the city and a man named Shibusawa orchestrating the collapse. Atsushi and Akutagawa are forced into cooperation neither wants, and the Armed Detective Agency's usual structure disintegrates as members lose control of the abilities that define them. The film escalates into large-scale destruction while examining what these characters actually are without their powers. Every character loses control of the thing that defines them, which is the point.
